Beach Engagement
I spent the evening hanging out with these two in downtown Holland, then we travled out to Tunnel Park for sunset on the beach. Scott and Amanda are perfect together. You can see the love between them just by the way they look at each other. There were so many fun and silly moments, which meant I got to capture the real, genuine, fun-loving spirit between these two. Can't wait for wedding day in just a few short weeks!
I don't think I've ever laughed so hard through an engagement session. These two are full of love and laughter and a joy to photograph. Even though it may have been a chilly, blustery spring day on the beach at Grand Haven the connection they have between them made it feel nothing less than beautiful and special. Thank you for trusting in me to capture your love and sharing so many laughs together, and of course patience with my waddling 8 months pregnant self trekking through the beach and sand. Lets just say I'm glad there are no pictures of me ;)

Even on an afternoon without sunlight's warm glow, a love that is sweet and true will brighten any day.
Jessica and I met back in high school, so it makes me so very excited to share these images with you all. Jessica + John mesh together so well and it was great to see Jessica so happy with this man that adores her. I honestly feel honored that I get to capture these incredibly important times in your lives and can't wait for your beautiful September wedding.
