Where do I begin?! This day was great. Sheri + Felix had an amazing wedding day at the Ballroom at CityFlats in Grand Rapids. After spending the day with Sheri + Felix I told them that I want to hang out with them every Saturday. The entire day was full of laughter, jokes, smiles, love, and great friends and family. Sheri + Felix have the best time together (I promise you they have fun together... you will see that once you look through their photos). They even broke out in a happy dance together in the middle of portraits and it was the best. They truly are people you just want to be around. On our short time out taking portraits, they made so many friends: a girls volleyball team, a dog walker on the street, another photographer who let us use his apartment patio and probably several other people. I had such a hard time just picking a few photos from the day because there were so many real candid moments throughout the day. I hope you enjoy these as much as I do. Congrats to Sheri + Felix!

Shelly + Tim are people you walk away from and just want to be best friends with. Their wedding at Hidden Vineyard was filled with great people who loved Shelly + Tim. Although the day started with a drawn out downpour, Shelly + Tim and their bridal party made the very best of it and it didn't even put a slight damper on the day. Way to go Hidden Vineyard with the awesome large deck off the back of the barn! Shelly + Tim were still able to have a beautiful wedding off the deck and we were able to get photos and stay dry on the deck during the downpour. Shelly and Tim's ceremony was beautiful and meaningful and I don't think there was a dry eye on the deck. Congratulations to Shelly and Tim! Thank you so much for allowing me to capture your day.

Kristin + Matt's wedding day was a joy to be able to capture. It was a dream to photograph at The Morris Estate and having an amazing couple was icing on the cake. Some of the highlights of the day were when Kristin's sister and her mom gave her Tiffany and Co. pearls right before she walked down the aisle, Kristin's bouquet made by her sister that featured some of their families brooches (and all the decorations and cake made by her sister as well... sister of the year award goes to Alexis!), Kristin + Matt's no look where they exchanged their vows to each other in private, and the Whistle Pigs that played at the Benson's Place and kept everyone dancing all night. Kristin + Matt have an adorable love and I am so excited to show you all a little snippet of their day. Enjoy!

Jessi + Steven are some of the sweetest people you'll meet. Steven is constantly making Jessi laugh and their wedding day was stress free and all around enjoyable. For their first look, they made the time to have a picnic under the apple blossoms and it was just perfect. I love that they made it a priority and took the time to relax and enjoy every moment of the day that they said I do. We took pictures at a very special place in Jessi and her families lives; Jessi's grandma passed away and we photographed the majority of their portraits on her property. Another favorite part of the day was when Jessi was getting ready; her family was super fun and everyone was lending a helping hand making it great for photos. Congratulations Jessi + Steven! I am so excited for your new beginning as Mr. and Mrs.
