We had the perfect morning for Andrea + Joey's pumpkin patch engagement session! My favorite part was that it was a warm (actually pretty hot at one point) hazy morning. It made for some really beautiful back light. We even got to sneak their cute puppies in for some of the photos! I have to say... I am a little more excited for Andrea + Joey's upcoming wedding.... because it is in MEXICO! Can't wait for my very first destination wedding on Valentines Day. Counting down the days... but for now, here is this adorable couples engagement session. Thanks to Cotant's Farm Market for letting us take pictures on your farm!

Anna + Nate's wedding day was filled with fun, laughter, and love. I have known Anna + Nate for awhile, but it has been great to truly to get know them both over the last year from their engagement session and wedding and everything in-between. Anna is the sister of one of my grooms from last year, so it was really great to see their entire family again! Anna + Nate had an absolutely beautiful Fall day for their outdoor ceremony overlooking the blue bridge and their classy reception inside the Grand Rapids Public Museum. Anna and her dad win the award for best entrance into the ceremony... they rode in on a motorcycle and it was a surprise to everyone which made it even more fun! Anna + Nate had the most perfect day for their day of love. Congratulations to the new Mr. + Mrs. Forbes!

April + Jonathan had a beautiful fall wedding at Frederik Meijer Gardens. Frederik Meijer Gardens is always great... but Meijer Gardens during the Fall is even better. I have really enjoyed getting to know April + Jonathan as individuals and as a couple these last 6 months. They both have kind, genuine souls, and most importantly love each other. My absolute favorite moment and my favorite photos of the day were right after the ceremony, when it was just April + Jonathan. They got to soak in their day as husband and wife without any distractions for two minutes before guests started pouring out, and those two minutes were special. April + Jonathan weren't think about anyone else at the time and they let their emotions pour out. It was a beautiful moment (I may of even teared up a little bit). April's dress is to die for! And April made that dress look absolutely stunning; I loved the detail on the back of the dress and the buttons that went all the way down the back of the dress. April had the buttons added in, because it had always been a dream of hers since she was a little girl and they made the dress look even more beautiful. Thank you April + Jonathan for letting me be a part of your day! Congratulations to the new Mr. + Mrs.
