Nicole and Ben are some dear friends of mine, so I couldn't be more excited to share this post of their lovely engagement pictures with you all. Their happiness radiates in these photos. Nic + Jessica; how cute are they? And then add Brooklynn in there and there are no words to describe the cuteness. I had such a great time with these three on the first chilly Saturday of 2016. These three are a team and I love it. Their matching boots and Ray-Bans made me extremely happy! Can't wait for their upcoming June wedding.... it will be here before we know it. Now for all of the cuteness:

I was so thrilled when Becky contacted me to tell me that they were expecting and that she wanted to do her maternity session in their home at Christmas time. Christmas is my favorite time of year with the twinkle lights, warm fire place, presents decorating the tree, and family togetherness, it's just a perfect time of year to photograph the anticipation of a new baby. Before you know it, this little bump will be a busy little girl ripping off that wrapping paper and giggling at the gifts inside, I may have some first hand experience here ;) I had the wonderful pleasure of photographing Becky and Cory's Goei Center wedding back in 2012, so it is a special joy to see my couples again and enjoy this new milestone in their life. Thank you both for asking me to share this special time.
A Grand Rapids New Year's Eve wedding... I was hyped as soon as Lauren contacted me about her and Brandon's New Year's Eve wedding. I knew it was going to be beautiful and a lot of fun. Lauren was one of the happiest brides to be I have ever had and Brandon is the sweetest to her. They are a fantastic couple and they threw a pretty great party. I have to say...they had the most entertaining dancing that I have ever witnessed. I had many laughs behind the camera. One of my favorite details of the day was Lauren's bouquet; she incorporated their grandparent's pictures and what made it even better was she showed Brandon for the first time during their first look. I adore these two and their photos. Happy New Year!
